Folk/Schlager Group from Welsberg, Pustertal / South Tyrol. Founded in 1975, under the name of "Die Welfen". The first recording of a phonogram is made in 1978. The singer Maria joins the group in 1981. In 1986, the group is renamed "Alfred Nocker und sein Pustertal-Express". 1995 change of name to "Marabell".
