A.k.a. Marc Fleischer

Graphic Artist Marc Taraskoff (born 25 December 1955, Boulogne-Billancourt, Hauts-de-Seine, France - died 2 March 2015, Brussels, Belgium) was a French illustrator since the late 1970's and a stamp designer since 1996. He illustrated numerous book covers and produced portraits of personalities for the Le Monde newspaper. In 1996, he began designing postage stamps for France and its overseas departments and territories. In March 2005, he was named the art advisor to the Philatelic Commission of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
