Long Beach, California's underground king drops a banger of a debut album with "Double Up". Bridging the gap between old school West Coast gangsta rap and the current state of hip hop, Spitz brings back that classic West Coast sound that the game's been missing. It's no wonder that this cat hails from the home of Snoop Dogg. With top-notch production and several features from some of hip hop's finest, it's unfortunate that this extremely limited pressing is all but unheard of because of it's apparent extinction shortly after it was released. A handful of collectors quickly snatched these up, and since they weren't distributed outside of California except for a few online sales, hip hop fans outside of the immediate area were likely never exposed to this gem of an album.
