Marc Weidenbaum

Marc Weidenbaum wrote the 33 1/3 book on Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works Volume II. In 1996 he founded Disquiet.com at the intersection of sound, art, and technology. Since 2012 he's moderated the Disquiet Junto, an online community of weekly music/sonic projects that explore creative constraints. He's exhibited art in galleries in Los Angeles, Manhattan, and Dubai, and at the San Jose Museum of Art. His writing has been published in Nature, Tower Records' Pulse!, Down Beat, the website of The Atlantic, and many other publications. He's written liner notes for albums by Dave Seidel, Kenneth Kirschner, the OO-Ray, and Jeff Kolar, among others.
