Composer of Classical
Italian composer, music organizer (born in Enna, July 25, 1964), author of operas, symphonic and chamber music and of many works for the theater and the cinema. His debut was in 1982, able to put together the ancient musical cultures of Sicily with the main techniques of the avant-garde, with a particular eye towards minimalism and neo-tonalism. From 1994 to 2002 was art director of the Teatro Massimo of Palermo, where he teaches composition at the Conservatorio.
