Marcus Uzilevsky formerly performed as Rusty Evans, was one of the performers in the legendary psych band The Deep, was on their legendary LP Psychedelic Moods as well as being credited with that LP's cover art. Additionally he was part of the The Freak Scene Psychedelic Psoul LP. (Generally considered to be a second LP by The Deep.) This LP was released in 1979 and appears to be one of two titles the artist cut for Folkways.
