Marcus and The Music is originally a solo project of Marcus Linon that started in 2008 afer the break-up of Kourtyl. In order to play his solo compositions in concert, Marcus assembled a trio with Emeric Chevalier and Nicolas Madgwick in 2010. A later line-up comprised of Matthieu Vial-Collet (guitar), Quentin Rochas (bass) and Antonin Violot (drums). Marcus finally stopped this project in 2015.
