——Sleeve info—— The Recording The recording sessions for this album were made during the weekend of May 23rd, 1964. A specially modified Roberts model 997 stereophonic tape recorder was used, in conjunction with two Electro-Voice cardioid microphones. The master tape was recorded at 15 i.p.s. and used for both stereo and mono tape to disc transfers, so that the mono version contains all the elements of the original recording.
