Released in a printed cardboard sleeve. Track list does not appear on the sleeve or CD. Part I (tracks 1-5) was recorded and mixed in a bedroom during a gonzo 48-hour period at the end of the bands month-long "Music Rocks" residency. Part II (tracks 6-9) was recorded live in Minneapolis in March of 2013.
