Album UK 2002 on Front Row Club label
Rock (Prog Rock)
Our third offering is yet another member request - a full acoustic set played for a Dutch radio station as promotion for the release of 'Afraid of Sunlight'. If you hadn't spotted it from the band's comments, Mark Kelly was not present at this show - H took over duties on keyboards for this event! You may also notice that track 9, the excerpt from 'Bike', is not listed on the back cover set list. We decided to do this as it was originally only an impromptu 'filler' while an acoustic guitar problem was sorted out on the night. For completists (and we know we'll get asked!) 'You've Got to Hide Your Love Away' was originally written and performed by the Beatles. You will notice some microphone feedback here and there - this is unfortunately something that cannot be removed from a stereo master. It is minimal, though, and we hope it won't spoil your enjoyment of the show! I cleaned up the audio only slightly, as the original master recording was of very high quality to start with.
