Singer of Folk, World and Rock
A Finnish folk singer-songwriter. Best known for writing the songs "Lintu" and "Kehtolaulu" which the Finnish metal band Timo Rautiainen & Trio Niskalaukaus covered and made well-known. She has released her own material since the early 1990's with the help of different producers, e.g. French folk musician Gabriel Yacoub from the group Malicorne and Finnish prog rock legend Pekka Pohjola. On her latest albums she has worked with the members of the Finnish folk group Tenhi.
