Mark Flood (born 1957, in Houston, Texas) is an American contemporary artist. Flood has been making art for 30 years and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Rice University in 1981. He sings in the band Culturcide under the pen name Perry Webb. His art sells for upwards of $200,000.00 per work. His 2013 work, "Select a Victim", was the first contemporary art to have been bought using Bitcoin.
