Canadian singer and musician, originally from the prairies, moved to Vancouver where he is a busy session singer. Marc LaFrance Bio ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Marc LaFrance has been involved in the music industry for over 4 decades and is a well known and highly regarded industry professional. He has performed as a drummer or singer on over 100 albums, has done countless recording sessions and live performances. Some of his present and past accomplishments include: • Drummer for Bachman & Turner and Randy Bachman • Currently producing European rock act “Chemia” at the Warehouse Studio (Bryan Adams studio) • Recorded with a vast array of prominent recording artists including Bachman & Turner, Crowcuss, Chilliwack, Payolas, Loverboy, Glass Tiger, Alice Cooper, Mötley Crüe, Bon Jovi, Cher, Carly Simon, Poison, The Cult, David Lee Roth, Scorpions and many others. • Marc's Kidsongz project has written and produced over 100 tracks for Scholastic Books, one of the largest book publishers in North America. The music is part of a kindergarten through grade 6 educational book/CD that is used nation wide in Canada. • Has written several articles for another renown book publisher McGraw-Hill Ryerson for Canadian High Schools • Sang on several tracks for the internationally renowned Guitar Hero video game. • Music Supervisor for the animation project called Cackleberries • Formed Delinquent Records in 1994 with the release of his first solo album, "Out Of Nowhere", produced by Paul Dean of Loverboy. • He also performs with his own bands Cease & Desist and Atlantic Crossing singing and drumming.
