Guitar technician and equipment manager. Mark "Microwave" Mytrowitz, 52, died February 15, 2008. Mark enjoyed a successful, life-long career in the music industry. From his early 20's on, he worked as a guitar technician for a number of national acts including Kansas, the Dixie Dregs, Steve Morse, the Producers, Mother's Finest, Echo and the Bunnymen, Sonic Youth and Pearl Jam. During the pinnacle of his career he traveled the globe as guitar tech and equipment manager for R.E.M.
