Tracks 1 to 4 taken from Circuit Records release Jerk It and tracks 5 to 8 taken from Relief Records release Enter The Track Zone. Although 1995 is the last date stated on the release, the release actually came out in 1997 according to an advertisement in a Japanese Avex magazine.
