Probable release year is the late 50s, when Columbia introduced the 'Adventures in Sound' label. Columbia 6 Eye / Stereo Fidelity / Deep Groove in center label. This release (WS 316) are dated to March 1960 as described in a Columbia advertisement Billboard Magazine, Feb 29th 1960 issue (page 29).
