Born November 29, 1958 in Mölnlycke, is a Swedish singer, musician, composer and organizer. Martin Bagge is educated at the University of Music at the University of Gothenburg. As a singer, he is specialized in older Swedish composers such as Carl Michael Bellman, Olof von Dalin and Lasse Lucidor, but also has written poems by Harry Martinson and Elisabet Hermodsson. He also appears with Bellman singers abroad, for example in Germany and Denmark. As a composer, he has been acclaimed for the compositions of Federico García Lorca and Ebba Lindqvist's poem. Martin Bagge has collaborated with musicians like Alf Hambe, Lars Jansson, Lars Danielsson and Dan Berglund.
