Mary Nymphection (Maria Ana Flores) is a portuguese genderqueer artist from Lisbon working on her own solo project and also on some other projects like O Clube da Moca Vermelha, Black Carnation Cooperative, Leite and many other side-projects. She founded the Mocho de Prata and Lateex labels and she composes experimental, ambient, noise, electronic, ritual music and many other genres such as garage punk and queercore as well. She currently curates Folha Eléctrica and Subreakt communities and reformulated an old alternative punk rock band called Kritical Vodka. From 2018 onwards, the name Mary Nymphection is now recognized only as a project name and not the artist itself.
