Russian-Israeli performer, singer-songwriter, poet, director and artist, born 10 November 1986 in Moscow, Russia, based in Berlin and Hamburg. Ocher is known for socially inclined lyrics, avid visuals and vocal experimentation. She works in a wide variety of musical genres. Produced "Eden" with Canadian psych Rock & Roll master King Khan, and "The West Against The People" with H.J. Irmler of Krautrock pioneers Faust.
