Jeremy Marquise William Smith Wrenn, better known as Marz or (Marz the Lady Lover), and formerly known as JMarz, is an NYC recording artist from Chicago, Illinois. With a sound that varies from romantic-optimist to realist street poet, this young songwriter has only just begun to make his mark in the a music and art world! Marz The Lady Lover has a passion for collaboration ave had worked with Wally Wess, Gunplay, Gangsta Boo, LX, Arnow, Steph Lova, Po Johnson, DTF Radio, and The Core Studio. Currently affiliated with Trippy House, and a founding member of OrNAH (Original New Age Hippies), Marz The credits his musical influence to a Combination of artist and groups he heard growing up in Chicago Common, Pimp C, Snoop Dogg, Charles Hamilton, Biggie, Etta James, Aerosmith, Wu Tang, BDK, Rakim, Lauryn Hill and Bob Marley all converge in Is mind to formulate lyrics he effortlessly recites to a Composition and arrangement he formulates to the Vibration he feels in the beats he chooses. Marz first found a love for music when he discovered Bob Marley at the age of three. Years passed as Marz wrote songs and poetry. He developed his unique sound before he finally made his debut in his Final year at Chicago’s Harold Washington College. Being so well received, he was quickly directed to New York to pursue a serious music career. Marz grew up in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Southside Chicago (Killer Ward) which was also home to Hometown hero and Bulls Star Guard Derrick Rose,for 18 years seeing violence and Blood in the Streets before moving to Laredo, Texas for A Short Reunion with his Estranged Biological father that Failed Sadly when He simply wouldn’t give up performance arts as A Main Focus and then Georgia for A Short tenure into Christian Ministry under Perfecting Churches International which he decided against for personal spiritual reasons, he returned home to finish school before travelling to Philly and finally settling in New York City. Marz The Lady Lover currently lives in Brooklyn, New York. He is a brand ambassador for Netherlands-based Ivanabitch Vodka, Bitch Wedding clothing from Germany, Demand Clothing UK, and Primal Combat MMA. He has shared the stage with B.O.B&Monica(2010USO) Neyo&Fabolous(2011USO) Estelle(2012USO), Styles P& PRODIGY (WEBSTER HALL2012) Ron Brows& Fred the Godson(2014 5K CONCERT) , Torch OF MMG and Cory Gunz 2014
