Jason Smark is a multi-instrumentalist and beat programmer from the Sunshine State. His large body of work supersedes his contemporaries exponentially in both quantity and quality as dozens of one-to-two hour long collections remain unpublished among his already vast expanse of releases. His electronic based sounds seem to organically transform and grow. Having been compared to peers as avant-garde as Matthewdavid, Venetian Snares and Satanicpornocultshop, it is no wonder his seemingly psychedelic-induced songs reflect better the complexities of a creature than a song itself. Smark may as well be a scientist mixing sounds in place of chemicals, constantly creating and reinventing new species of life.
