Matjaz Galicic has been involved with D.I.Y. activism, fanzines, events organizing, playing on different bands and projects since 1990 and running the labels Abnormal Tapes, Abnormal Beer Terrorism Records and Fuck-U-Tapes during the 90's decade. In 2002 he started a new label called [&]. In 1999 he started the band Sist En 343 with Miha Novak, which is one of the pioneer bands in the field of experimental music and noise in Slovenia. In 2002 Matjaz Galicic started the solo project called Gen 26, which is dedicated to sound experimentation, natural, urban noise, sound deviation and manipulation.
