Born: 26 November 1944 in Helsingborg, Sweden Dead: 2 November 2005 in Stockholm, Sweden Mats G. Bengtsson, author, songwriter, pianist, clavinetist and actor, published ‘concrete poetry’ during the early 1960s. He was editor of Gorilla, an art and media review, between 1966 and 1967. Musically, Bengtsson was a member of both Gunder Hägg and Blå Tåget. As actor, he was often casted in films by Håkan Alexandersson and Carl-Johan De Geer during the 1970s to mid 1990s. Brother of Tord Bengtsson.
