Matthew A. "Matt" Mondanile is an American guitarist, singer and songwriter. He is best known as the lead guitarist of the American indie rock band Real Estate, with whom he has recorded three studio albums, and as the frontman and primary recording artist of the psychedelic pop band Ducktails.Mondanile's most recent release is Ducktails' fifth studio album, St. Catherine.
