Formed in the desolate fields surrounding the small city of Leiden in 2014, Meadows have set their sights far beyond the sounds of their debut EP and local shows in the polders surrounding Leiden. Having played shows on stages such as the Melkweg, Baroeg, and Gebr de Nobel througout 2014, 2015 and 2016 Meadows have proven themselves to be a force to be reckoned with live. Meadows is known from their agressive and very energic live performance, which resulted in a torn down stage at national television back in 2015. Having shared the stage with heavy acts such as Teethgrinder, Kru$h and Herder, but also with Dutch punk acts like Orgaanklap en De Dood, Meadows have shown themselves to be at home in the Dutch scene.
