Czech pianist, vocalist, band leader, composer, producer, political activist and politician. Born July 28, 1954 in Prague (former Czechoslovakia). Father of Natálie Kocábová and Michael Kocáb Jr.. Ex-husband of Marsha Kocábová. 2009–2010 he was member of the Czech government as the Minister for Human Rights and Minorities.
