"Hit Makers Of America A Funky Sound" Record plays the same track on both sides. Both labels show the time as 15:00, but the actual duration is much shorter. The mastering engineer Herb Powers Jr. signed "HP" (next to the smiley face) and "F/W" in the dead wax. The reissue was not mastered by him and therefore its run-out grooves lack these etchings. There is also another version with alternate versions of the track that was issued on Hit Makers Of America's sister label, Land Of Hits, at a proximate time to this release.
