Senior engineer at Frankford/Wayne Mastering Labs. After studying electrical engineering at UMASS Lowell, he moved to New York City to pursue audio engineering at The Institute of Audio Research. Initially he was mixing live sound in Greenwich Village rock clubs. He moved to mixing at the Blue Note where he worked with Jazz artists including Sarah Vaughn and Freddy Hubbard. From there he worked on mastering, starting with a variety of rock bands, including Jesus Jones, Biohazard and Sonic Youth. He moved on to work with early 90s Hip Hop and R&B artists including Fat Joe, Common, The Beatnuts, The Lost Boyz, Erykah Badu and Mary J. Blige. In more recent years, he has expanded to other dance / electronic artists.
