Album NL 2010 on Steamin' Soundworks label
Electronic and Jazz (Acid Jazz, Future Jazz)
10 inch Vinyl, limited edition (300 copies) This special limited (300 hand numbered copies) vinyl edition marks the first time collaboration between Banabila and Scanner. SSW approached Banabila and Scanner with the idea to do a reinterpretation of each others tracks and one track of their own. Sharing a mutual passion for vinyl a release on 10 inch seemed to be the most suitable. Both artists agreed and took the creative challenge to see what they could add to 'Ears Tell Us Where We Are In Space' (Banabila) and 'The Radiance of a Thousand Suns Burst Forth at Once' (Scanner). The first track was taken off the album 'Precious Images' (2008) and features guitarist Anton Goudsmit. The second one was the title track of the album from 2005 released the year after Scanner performed these tracks in The Netherlands.
