Born in Rome, Micky G. began her artistic career with a degree in Theatre & Performing Arts from the international actor school “Studio Fersen”. After a period performing in theatre, Micky began singing in a musical where she discovered her passion for music. Since then, she began working in different recording studios as background vocalist and lead vocals. Micky also performs in music-clubs with her band “Da Face”, singing pop, soul and R&B classics in Italy and in the USA. It was in America where she met the queen of soul, Aretha Franklin and her son Teddy Richards with whom she made a duet for an upcoming album. She has performed in several concerts with Jean-Michel Byron, lead singer of the famous group Toto, while he was in Rome.
