Microkingdom is an American experimental/electroacoustic/abstract/freeform psychedelia jazz band, established in 2006 in Baltimore, Maryland. It consists of experimental composer Will Redman (drums, percussion), Marc Miller (guitar), and John Dierker (reeds). Microkingdom released several full-length albums on Friends Records, as well as contributed loops and additional instrumentation for Shivers album and recorded Bruce Springsteen cover with Sam Herring from Future Islands, released on a 7” split-single.
