Side A recorded on July 6, 1928. Side B recorded on April 23, 1929 At the time of release, the tune of Side A was not recognised. By the time the recording was later released by Columbia on Hot Jazz Classics it was correctly recognised and credited as "One Step To Heaven" by Jesse Greer. Side A has been pressed from the original master and this record is its first release. Side B has been dubbed from the original recording and has been assigned a new matrix number.
