Created with field recordings, sine waves and acoustic instruments (mainly charango, pan flutes, harmonica, music box). The word “uji” denotes a concept by zen master Dōgen that links time and existence, suggesting every phenomenon, living being or universe as “individual moments of time”, like ephemeral sounds floating in the ocean of impermanence where nature’s temporality is contemplated in a dialogue of suspension and transition. Recorded and composed by Miguel Isaza in Medellin and Carolina del Príncipe, Colombia during 2014. Map point : eilean 07 Color : blue Limited Edition to 80 handmade copies.
