Vicente Martin y Soler (or Vicent Martín i Soler, Valencia, May 2, 1754 - St. Petersburg, January 30, 1806), full name Athanasius Tadeo Francisco Martin Ignacio Vicente Martin y Soler Pellegrin, was a renowned Spanish composer international. Popularly known in Italy (Vincenzo) Martini Spagnuolo or what il Valenziano, and Ignaz Martini in Austria, was known primarily as the author of operas and ballets.
