Single US 1963 on Dore label
Rock (Surf, Rock’n’Roll)
The matrix hand stamped on side B also contains a rough circle followed by another circle enclosing "0\7", the 7 written as they do in France with a bar across the stem. These two occur in front of the "LJB......" According to an interview with Michael Z. Gordon, Scott Engel played bass on track A. This track was later re-issued as "Curfew On The Strip" by Dore in 1966. Gordon also stated they had nothing to do with the track on side B. This is in fact a "faintly disguised" instrumental version of The Dovell's Bristol Stomp / Out In The Cold Again. This was simply re-used by Dore, to fill out the single.
