The mixes, text and artwork on this CD were approved by Mike Kelley prior to his death. He had been working on the release of this soundtrack with Scott Benzel since 2008 and in keeping with his wishes the Mike Kelley Foundation for the Arts chose to produce the soundtrack posthumously under the supervision of Scott Benzel and Mary Clare Stevens.
