This release is music recorded at the same time as the official Volume 1 made by Columbia in May, 1961. However it has never been offically released by Columbia. DOL is an European company that is utilizing the favorable public domain rules in EU versus USA. So it is not an unlegal issue inside EU but they are in USA. Liner Notes are from the Columbia Volume 1 and have not so much to do with these takes.
