Miljenko Stančić (Varaždin, 1st of March 1926 - Zagreb, 13th of May 1977) was a Croatian painter. He finished his studies at the Zagreb Fine Arts Academy in 1949. During his lifetime he was a member of the artist group "Petorica". Besides painting he was also an illustrator in the field of printed media (newspapares, magazines) and scene artist. His painting was mainly categorized as surrealistic or magic realism, sometimes even called phantasy painting. Miljenko Stančić is the father of Ivan Piko Stančić.
