The original Tortuga Recordings release did not contain the album title on the cover. Instead a stylized version of the album title was used, printed upside down just before the catalog number on the tray card spines as 'hƐㄥㄥ0MTHRFCKR!'. A companion ep to 'Hello Motherfucker!' titled 'Black & White Rainbow' was released March 20, 2001. It was issued in a 2-CD case with instructions on how to incorporate both ep's into a single case.
