1950s Rhythm & Blues singer. In December 1967 Milton Turner joined fellow ex-Packard Bill Fredericks in The Drifters, replacing the recently departed Charlie Thomas. Turner stayed with The Drifters for almost two years, until late 1969; but the only Drifters recording he sang on was Steal Away b/w Your Best Friend (recorded March 1969, released April 1969).
