Miriam "Mim" Grey is an English singer-songwriter. The former electronic dance music singer has worked with London-based DJs and producers such as Lee-Cabrera (2005 single/EP, I Watch You) and Kurtis Mantronik (2003 single/EP How Did You Know). In May 2010, Mim released her first solo album, . Brought up on all types of music from Neil Young and Joni Mitchell to James Taylor and Earth, Wind & Fire, Mim Grey claims that those artists ‘never fail to inspire’ her when it comes to writing her own material. There's a flurry of easy on the ear female singer songwriters emerging at the moment. Mim Grey has the looks and the vocals to match the pick of the crop. Chasing Tigers, released in October 2012, is another supremely easy on the ear album, with Mim's vocals being as seductive as you're likely to hear. Those in the know can bask in the self satisfaction of having discovered the charms of one of Britain's best new vocal talents.
