Square-shaped flexi included with Reflex Magazine Volume 1 Issue 7 September 1988. The 'Letter from the Publisher' in the subsequent issue, Vol 1 # 8, states that 9000 out of 30000 copies were shipped with a flexi that was mastered from a tape played back at the wrong speed. After halting the press run, remaining copies were remastered, and deliberately changed to differentiate the two by leaving out the Evatone manufacturing code (104438-1S) from above the Evatone logo.
