✰ 1913, Bucharest ✞ 1996, Bucharest Romanian cimbalom player, father of Iani Marinescu-Ciuciu. Since 1920 began to learn to play the cymbalom with Lică Ștefanescu. Debuted in 1936 to the label Electrecord with songs „Hora lui Fănică” și „Doina Oltului-Ciocîrlia” with band Taraful Fănică Vișan. In 1944 concerts in Vienna, with Grigoraș Dinicu's band. In 1970 presents its own variations on the theme „Anicuța neichii dragă” in the orchestration of Constantine Arvinte with Ansamblul ‚‚Rapsodia Română’’ (anniversary concert, Ansamblul Rapsodia Română establishment.) During 1970 - 1975 collaborates with orchestras „Barbu Lăutaru”, „Electrecord” and „Orchestra Radio” In 1971, with the Orchestra Ansamblului C.C.S. participating in tournaments all over Europe
