In addition to catalog number etched in A-side dead wax, it also has MAJOR PLAYERS and PAUL-VP etched. B-side just has catalog number etched only. I will assume this 12" was released independently in 1995 prior to the group's release "Life's Dangerous" (the B-side of "Northern Exposure") on Maddmooves Records. The lyrics are identical in both songs, but the production is different.
