Producer of Dance
A.k.a. Marco Berardi
Mogano is the moniker of the electronic music producer and imprint founder Marco Berardi. Based and active in Berlin since 2011, his sonic work is developed around an unconventional retrieving and processing of traditional musical instruments, soundscaping and polyrhythmic drums textures. Exploring techno, ambient, experimental and bass music spectrum both as Dj and Live performer, his music has been hosted at Contort (NewCodes Berlin Atonal), Tresor, Flussi Media Art Festival, Krake Festival, Freqs Of Nature, RoBOt Festival, OHM Berlin, Gegen, ://about blank, Suicide Circus, Griessmühle and many others. Since 2013 he is also co-owner together with the visual designer Andrea Familari/FAX and curator of Arboretum, a Berlin based Record Label focused on Audio/Visual experimental works.
