Money Plays Eight has become a red-hot commodity in Denver's burgeoning swing/dance/big-band scene. Its success is due in part to the group's irresistible knack for calling patrons to the dance floor and for the interlocking grooves and jazz flashiness shown off by most of the Players. Entire recording contains refreshing banter of original swing beats and melodies. All of the songs are great for dancing about, driving around, and smokin' the afternoon away. Very original lyrics and composition.
