A.k.a. The Angels The Keystone Angels
Formed in Adelaide Australia in 1971. They were listed as an acoustic comedy band, akin to Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band, & Captain Matchbox Whoopee Band. Original members included; Doc Neeson [aka Doc Talbot] (guitar, vocals), John Brewster (guitar, banjo, harmonica, mandolin, vocals), Rick Brewster (washboard, jug, mandolin, vocals), Spencer Tregloan (kazoo, jug, tuba, vocals, 1973-74), Pete Thorpe (washtub bass, vocals, whistle, 1971-73), Craig Holden (guitar, 1971-72), Bob Petchell (banjo, 1971-73), Pete Vaughn (bass, 1973-74), Pete Vaught (vocals, 1999), Pete William (kazoo, 1999) In 1974-1975 the nucleus of the band of Neeson, J Brewster and R Brewster formed a new band "The Keystone Angels".
