Moreno Volpini. Born in Prato on May 12, 1929, he was introduced to music from a very young beginning his violin studies in the workshop of the musical family. After a spell as an accordionist who gave him a brilliant career at the European level, in the mid-fifties he decided to return to his country completamete devoted to the violin in those days considered more congenial to the Italian context. Soon he became the concertmaster of the orchestra Aidem the City of Florence, in the eighties turned into a regional orchestra. Until 1998 it was also the first violin of the Puccini Festival in Torre del Lago In the years between Italy and Europe has won numerous awards and taught at major music conservatories.
