Tracks 1-6, 1-13 and all tracks on CD2 are previously unreleased material. Catalog #: SKL6004/4780358 on the spine. SKL6004/4780358 on Disc 2. SKL6005/4780359 on Disc 1. There is no Mastering SID-code on CD1. No songwriter/publisher credits for "I Have Forgiven Jesus". Front photography credited as "Unknown".
