Started career in the music business designing record covers, worked for 17 years at Warner Music Australia, handling marketing, A&R, and eventually, became its managing director. After this he started developing the ORIGiN (3) Music Group with Philip Walker. Now the Head of Creative with Alberts, an indie music company (part of the company J. Albert & Son Pty. Ltd.). Is a director on the ARIA board, and is a board-member with AIR (Australian Indie Record label Association) and Australian NFSA (National Film & Sound Archive).
